Experience the British curriculum in London
Immersive learning
Cultural integration is the key! Cultural Exchange programme is immersive, fully involving students in the school day.
They will participate in all lessons, which are taught using the British National Curriculum; such as English, Maths, History
and Geography. There may also be lessons included in the weekly timetable that students do not have at home, such as
Food Technology, Music and Football Practice so they can enjoy a more diverse learning environment and lesson variation.
A ‘helping hand’ – and a new friend
Students will also get a ‘buddy’ for their time at school, someone to guide them through their day and help them to really
enjoy their time here. They will also be allocated a ‘go-to’ staff member who will be there to answer their questions and provide
any extra help that is needed. Our experience shows that the British children enjoy this exchange as much as their visitors
and school staff appreciate the fact that their own students are able to learn more about cultural differences from school
integration students.
Faster English skills development
Life in an English school naturally provides an opportunity to improve both skills and confidence in English, especially in
conversation, at a speed students may not be able to achieve with their English education at home. Interaction with
British children also means that they could adopt words and phrases not necessarily learned through tuition. Students
may also be exposed to colloquial language and idioms which they can use to authentically practise their English,
using the same words and phrases as their new British friends.
A flexible program with excellent schools

The integration programme runs from one week to four weeks during the UK term time. At Educare, we have number
of excellent schools in Greater London, which have been graded as OFSTED “good” or “outstanding”. This ensures that
the students are in a thriving environment where they will benefit from rewarding tuition and full immersion into the UK school life.
Offering the full London experience
Exciting activities to explore more of London

UK School hours vary, but 8.30am and 3.30pm is typical, giving your group plenty of opportunity to extend their activities in the afternoon, and London offers a range of things to see and do!

But the integration programme isn’t just about lessons!

We want the students to make the most of London see the rest of the UK whilst they are here. We have added a number of popular day trips and excursions which include cultural, leisure and shopping activities,
making the program a life time experience.
